Recently, I wrote an emulator for the HP29C. It looks like, and is supposed to behave like, the real thing. Hopefully I’ve come fairly close.

Sure. It runs nicely on my Android phone.
It is a HTML5 application and one of the nice things about that is that it should run on any modern desktop, tablet or phone.
